This month we’ll be enjoying the Monrovia Canyon Waterfall Trail. This hike is described as an easy to moderate 1.4 mile hike with a waterfall vista and lots of shade.

We’ll be meeting up in the parking lot (Bring your adventure pass and carpool if possible) enjoying a mindfulness exercise, talking about self-care, then breaking bread together at the waterfall.
